Dr. Krupnick leads the Qualitative Research Center of Excellence for the Patient Centered Solutions Team at IQVIA. He is a psychologist with over 25 years of experience as an insights research and consulting professional, largely focused on strategic pharmaceutical and biotech assignments. Bob specializes in the application of qualitative research to listening to and amplifying the patient voice, especially as this relates to patient-reported outcomes evaluation, market opportunity assessment, and brand communications development. Bob holds a B.A. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, M.A. in Human Development & Family Relations from University of Connecticut, and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from NYU.
