Edward Ian began his career as a lab. scientist and expanded his work into clinical development. His extensive experience with multinational companies in APAC and the US has made him a seasoned executive with expertise across a wide range of areas within the clinical research and healthcare industries. Growing up in Asia, getting trained in N. America, and now working in APAC, Edward has become very familiar with both the regulatory requirements and research communities in most of the APAC countries. His work in Japan has broadened his professional horizons and helped him gain first-hand knowledge why Japan, a major pharmaceutical market in the world, should continue to be an ideal destination for clinical research and commercialization.
