Becky’s experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is in healthcare communications and clinical trial recruitment with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. In her current role, Becky leads the clinical trial recruitment function at Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (SPARC). Prior to joining SPARC, Becky held several positions within IQVIA’s patient recruitment team where she most recently leveraged her expertise to inform the strategic direction of initiatives and advised pharmaceutical sponsor teams with their efforts to reach their goals of diversity and inclusion in their trials and clinical development programs. Becky has a Master’s in Public Health and a PhD in Health Sciences.
