Dr. Krevat practices palliative care at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, is the senior medical director at MedStar Health National Center for Human Factors in Healthcare and is an assistant professor of clinical medicine at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Krevat helps set the strategic vision for the Center, aligning it with safety initiatives internal and external to MedStar and develops strategic partnerships with external industry, academic, and government partners to improve the translation of the Center’s research into practice. Previously, Dr. Krevat served as the assistant vice president, safety, leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive patient safety program across the MedStar Health system.
