The truth is that social media is a valuable job search tool that many candidates underestimate. Using social media to land a job goes far beyond updating your LinkedIn profile and setting your Facebook profile to private. In recent years, more and more companies are leveraging social media for job posting and hiring, including building employee engagement and expanding learning opportunities.
